Values are the heart of your business, becoming the foundation of who you are and what you stand for.
They're THAT important.
They don't only help guide decision-making as your business grows; they also help you connect with your ideal clients on a deeper level.
Think about the people you're closest to: Do they have similar values to you?
My best pals are avid readers and learners, givers and doers, mindful of the space we occupy in the world.
It's common to be most attracted to people in whom we see ourselves, and typically we can see that they share similar values as well.
This same thing happens in business.
When you share your values with your community, the clients who connect most deeply to those same values are the ones who reach out to work with you.
