How to Avoid Burnout
Hustle is a recipe for burnout.
Yet, so many people think that the only way to get the results they want in their business is to hustle.
They say things like:
"I just have to put in the hours now and then it will all pay off."
"The more I work now, the faster it will grow into what I want it to become."
"Hustle now, play later!"
If you've said these things to yourself...
I want you to know that you don't have to compromise your values or priorities or the things that bring you joy to build a successful business.
You can feel good about and enjoy your business right now - whatever stage it's in.
From the first day you birth this (business) baby into the world, you have a choice as to how you run it.
You literally get to choose if you want to operate in the energy of hustle...
Or in the energy of calm and joy.
If the latter sounds like what you want, and you're struggling to figure out how to make it all work without hustling...
Lean in because I'm sharing my super simple, hustle-free approach to getting your business going and growing.
Here's what you don't need to do:
❌Post on multiple platforms daily
❌Employ multiple marketing strategies
❌Spend hours on social media every day
❌Have a big audience or email list
This is exhausting. This leads to burnout. This is not sustainable.
What works best is to manage your marketing strategy like you manage your clients: one relationship at a time.
Here's what that looks like:
⭐Connect with people you already know
⭐Tell them about what you do
⭐Make offers to help them
⭐Ask them to share your name with their family + friends
Simpler, right?!
Rather than creating loads of content and posting to multiple platforms, you just have conversations.
This may go against what you've been taught, but I've seen it work over and over with my clients.
Take my client Megan, for example.
She works a full-time job while growing her own business, so she doesn't have countless hours available for marketing each day.
Yet, she's building relationships and landing clients (4 of them in less than two months, to be exact).
In less than 10-12 hours per week.
This simplicity and ease is available to you, too.
It starts with you deciding that you're done with hustle and ready to embrace marketing strategies that are authentic, sustainable and totally in line with your bigger life vision.
In the REL Momentum program, I coach you through the times you question your approach and doubt that results are forthcoming -- so that your business remains simple and your growth remains steady.
You won't get stuck when you have me as your coach and a sisterhood of support surrounding you.
